Minister of Youth and Sports (Affairs) Roy finally go to vote on the fate of players from Russia, Sergei Litvinov, who was forced to work in the shop jus to survive.
Litvinov was forced to sell the juice in Solo because it has not received a salary for six months while defending PSLs Lhokseumawe who competed in the Indonesian Premier League (IPL) in the 2013-2014 season.
